Questions people actually ask.
MIKE is a whole-person support and personal-development ecosystem connecting conversation, wellbeing, physical health, nutrition, sleep, routine, community and life direction.
No. MIKE does not diagnose, treat or replace doctors, therapists, emergency services, coaches or other qualified professionals.
No, and it's never meant to. MIKE does not diagnose, treat or provide medical or injury assessments, for athletes, professionals or anyone else. It supports and organises information; qualified judgement always stays with the professional.
MIKE Free includes general conversation and support, professional signposting and a permission-based My MIKE profile that the user controls.
No. MIKE Free is a private, one-to-one experience. Community spaces, peer groups, challenges and moderated topics are part of MIKE+, kept deliberately separate so private support is never confused with a public feature.
MIKE+ adds structured personalised plans, Move and training tools, Diary, Journey, progress features, analysis and community access.
Most tools are very good at one thing — sleep, training, habits or chat — but don't see how those things connect. MIKE brings conversation, approved context, plans and progress into one place, so it can see the whole picture instead of one slice of it. See the full comparison.
Private MIKE conversations should not be automatically shared. Any summary or Circle sharing must be selected and confirmed by the user.
MIKE Circle lets you share an approved summary with specific people — a coach, employer, teacher or family member — while your private conversations and Diary stay private. You choose exactly what's shared, with whom, and can change or revoke it at any time.
Yes — MIKE Circle for organisations lets employers, sports teams and schools offer MIKE to their people and see participation and general engagement signals, without ever seeing anyone's private conversations. See the business case for employers.
Mental wellbeing, physical health, nutrition, sleep, routine, community and life direction. MIKE treats them as connected, not separate, because that's how they actually affect each other in real life — poor sleep affects training, stress affects food and work, and so on.
MIKE is designed for individuals and can also support athletes, teams, workplaces, education settings, families and professionals through appropriate routes.
