Privacy Notice
Draft structure only. This page sets out the privacy commitments the build already supports, from the approved handover document. The full legal Privacy Notice — data controller details, lawful basis, retention periods and international transfer information — requires review and completion by an appropriately qualified UK adviser before this site goes live.
What MIKE is designed around
MIKE is designed around permission, transparency and minimum necessary use of personal information. You can see, correct, remove and export your profile information, control professional sharing, and delete your account through a clear process.
Commitments this build supports
- No durable profile fact is based only on AI inference without your confirmation.
- You can inspect, correct, stop using and delete your profile information.
- Diary and private conversations are private by default.
- Professional and Circle sharing is user-selected and user-confirmed.
- Video analysis requires explicit upload consent and a clear retention choice.
- Community identity and private profile information remain separately permissioned.
- Data collection and analytics use the minimum necessary information.
- You can request export and account deletion through a clear route.
Who controls this data
MIKE owns the domain, hosting, CMS, analytics, source code and generated intellectual property. Production credentials remain in MIKE-controlled accounts.
