MIKE provides general support, organisation and personal-development tools. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment or emergency service and does not replace doctors, therapists, emergency services, coaches or other qualified professionals.

Using MIKE

MIKE Free provides general conversation, support, safety signposting and a permission-based profile. MIKE Plus adds structured plans and tools built from information you choose to approve. Safety and crisis-support features are never placed behind a paywall.

Your account

You can review, edit, reject and delete information MIKE holds about you, and you can request full account deletion at any time through a clear process.
